inconsistent experience , some issues present

warm room poor service

the breakfast was acceptable.

i found the air conditioning turned off automatically , leaving the room warm at night. it was clearly done for energy conservation , but caused discomfort. topping up water was also a problem , as the staff didn't seem to notice or care , even when asked. the service wasn't worth the money i spent.

The hotel is very clean and the location is great. the staff is friendly and accommodating to all needs. breakfast and spa facilities are excellent. i found the lower priced rooms a bit subpar. The room quality does not quite match the pricing.

really good stay

comfy beds exemplary service top cleanliness

i had two stays within two weeks. i initially booked only one stay, but i decided to return after my trip to poland as i was impressed. the staff treated me so well during both stays. i felt their service was exemplary. i had two different rooms in different areas and they were both super. comfy beds and top cleanliness was noticeable.

The check-in took about twenty to thirty minutes. i wasn't quite sure why this happened. It seemed like a long time. the jacuzzi area was not separate. it had the same temperature as the pool, and the jets didn't work.

The breakfast was superb. Fresh milk was available for taking to the room. the really good breakfast menu featured a continental offering. the staff were helpful and accommodating.
